MOHW Minister Hsueh Jui-yuan convened a meeting to discuss a collective pay raise for 12,000 nurses working under affiliate hospitals. The hospital also plans to increase all staff salaries next year in line with a government wage adjustment policy to attract and retain talent.

The National Development Council (NDC) has announced measures to attract 400,000 international professionals by 2030 in order to address a projected labor force shortage of 400,000 by 2030.
